2.2 Unauthorised Access

2.3 Account Closure

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn through the normal withdrawal process before closure. Accounts closed at the player's own request for responsible gambling reasons cannot be reopened until the specified period has ended.

Section 3 — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks and can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank transfer. How quickly funds appear in your account depends on the payment service provider you use.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks and requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered to your account. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.

3.3 Payment Verification

gkk9 reserves the right to carry out financial verification checks. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the verification period. Supporting documents may be requested to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

3.4 Currency Agreement

All amounts on this platform are calculated in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). gkk9 cannot be held responsible for any exchange rate differences arising from changes in payment services.

Section 4 — Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Get a 200% bonus on your first deposit — up to 100,000 Ks. For example: deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you 60,000 Ks to play with; you must wager 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw. Deposit 120,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, giving you 220,000 Ks to play with; you must wager 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount. If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, your bonus will be forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

  • Bonuses are only valid for the specified games.
  • Bonuses cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • gkk9 may change or cancel bonus offers without prior notice.
  • If we detect playing patterns that appear to be abusing bonuses, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be reviewed.

4.3 VIP Program

The gkk9 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze members can receive up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. VIP tier progression is based on playing consistency, deposit regularity, and platform usage patterns.

Section 5 — Fair Play and Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform—

  • Using software bots, auto-clickers, or any automated playing methods
  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches for gain
  • Combining multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
  • Depositing or withdrawing funds for money laundering purposes
  • Deceiving or manipulating other users

5.2 Decisions

gkk9 may investigate any gameplay dispute and issue a final decision. In the event of disputes regarding game results, gkk9's server records will be treated as the definitive outcome.

5.3 Game Cancellation
